Job summary

Bolton is seeking a facilities & utilities engineer to join our industrial team at the Home Care Plant in Nova Milanese, Italy. The role focuses on managing energy and utility systems to maintain reliable, compliant plant operations.

You will oversee thermal power, water, heating, surveillance, and civil works, ensuring continuous, safe production and sustainable site performance while coordinating external and internal suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• Industrial facilities experience relevant to large-scale operations.
• Knowledge of energy systems (thermal, water) and utilities management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety in industrial settings.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

This position is crucial for Bolton. The Utilities & Facilities Analyst manages most of the energies provided to the plant, ensuring that the critical infrastructure operates efficiently and reliably. By overseeing the thermal power plant, water plant, heating system, surveillance systems, they guarantee a seamless and continuous process flow. They are also tasked with overseeing civil works within the facility, which encompasses the maintenance and enhancement of buildings and infrastructure. This ensures a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all employees and operations. Moreover, they play a pivotal role in the maintenance and optimization of the plant’s resources, contributing significantly to the sustainability and productivity of the industrial area.
