Bolton is seeking a facilities & utilities engineer to join our industrial team at the Home Care Plant in Nova Milanese, Italy. The role focuses on managing energy and utility systems to maintain reliable, compliant plant operations.

You will oversee thermal power, water, heating, surveillance, and civil works, ensuring continuous, safe production and sustainable site performance while coordinating external and internal suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• Industrial facilities experience relevant to large-scale operations.
• Knowledge of energy systems (thermal, water) and utilities management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety in industrial settings.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage facility and utility plants on site (thermal power, water, surveillance).
• Coordinate suppliers (internal and external) to ensure process continuity.
• Oversee maintenance recording and verification for plant systems.
• Ensure execution, recording and archiving of maintenance for regulatory purposes.
• Analyze site consumption and optimize plant resources for efficiency.
