  • We are looking for a talented and strategic CRM Manager to enhance user engagement and drive activity in our international e-commerce platform. This role is key to achieving our ambitious growth and operational targets, leveraging innovative strategies, data insights, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Why This Role is Exciting:

    As a CRM Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing user-centric CRM strategies across multiple channels, such as push notifications and email. You'll be responsible for understanding user behavior, creating tailored plans, and balancing business objectives with a seamless user experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, data, and user engagement in a dynamic international environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for CRM strategy operations, utilizing channels such as PUSH notifications and EDM to enhance user activeness, reach the DAU target.
    • Analyze user behavior data, formulate and execute user growth CRM plans to ensure business OKR is met.
    • Gain insight into the user life cycle, traffic scheduling, and distribution based on scenario-based requirements, and establish a comprehensive user access strategy system.
    • Collaborate closely with product, campaign, and monetization teams to summarize requests, develop strategies, balance business targets and user experience, verify data, and iterate continuously.
    • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for product optimization and business development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in operational roles.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
    • Understanding of the overseas e-commerce industry or platform user operations is preferred.
    • Familiarity with user operation strategies and data analysis skills to identify user needs and behavior patterns.
