A leading industrial technology company based in Liguria is seeking a skilled financial analyst to join their management control team. The successful candidate will prepare financial reports, analyze job order costs, and support budget forecasting. Candidates should hold a Master's degree in economics and have at least 4 years of experience in industrial accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP will be beneficial. Your Role

The resource will be part of the management control team and he / she will be responsible for :

  • the preparation of monthly Reporting Package for the parent company Koerber AG, in accordance with the relevant accounting principles;
  • Activities related to the valuation of closing inventories and contract work in progress;
  • Analysis and evaluation of job order costs;
  • Activities to support the preparation of statutory financial statements;
  • Activities for the preparation of budget / forecast and cash flow forecasting;
  • Analysis and understanding of data and any deviations between actual and forecasts;
  • Control activities related to the area of accounts receivable;
  • Preparation of various reports for the Management Team.
  • Review and harmonization of the current processes of the Management accounting department;
  • Cooperation with others departments to support communication and compliance with corporate strategy.
Your Profile
  • Master\'s degree in economics;
  • At least 4 / 5 years\' experience in structured and industrial companies (mandatory requirement) which produce by order
  • Knowledge of financial statements principles
  • Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and production by order cost
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package and aptitude in using ERP and business intelligence systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
  • Basic Knowledge of German in considered a plus
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
  • Propensity for team working
