Posted Salary Range

USD $31.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work together with the Director of Nursing to:

• Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families.
• Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit.
• Attract and retain top-performing, talented team members.
• Supervise and coach existing team members within their assigned unit.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a stable work history, dedication, and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
• Reliable transportation required.
