What will you do?

• Lead the deployment and implementation of the Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites and methodologies
• Conduct manufacturing research and development to enhance production efficiency and quality standards
• Develop and implement standardized manufacturing procedures while evaluating and optimizing production costs
• Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and ensure timely delivery
• Spearhead technical feasibility testing and production process improvements
