What You'll Be Doing

This program offers onboarding into our products & services platform, allowing you to explore your potential through on-the-job experience and international rotations. We seek graduates with an international mindset, leadership potential, and resilience under pressure.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years from graduation or graduating in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
• Excellent academic records
• Relevant internship or work experience in Markets, Investment Banking, Fund Management, or related areas
• Understanding of products, models, and risk management for corporate clients
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, Thomson Reuters, Murex, etc.
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills
• International experience and full-time availability from September 2025
• Willingness for international mobility and early responsibility
• Fluency in English; second language based on target location
