Position: Underwriter - Public Entities and Bidding

Location: Rozzano, Italy

Company: Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the recruitment and selection of qualified Middle and Senior Management personnel, for the management of a prestigious and historic Insurance Company.

Role Overview: The selected candidate will be part of the Property Lines Division and will report to the Area Manager. The main responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing and defining proposals for risks within their delegation;
2. Authorizing technical and/or tariff deviations, granting approval when necessary;
3. Providing agents with solutions regarding specific products to propose to clients or clauses/variations of conditions (technical and/or tariff) to manage client requests;
4. Monitoring technical performance at regional and agency levels to identify and analyze, in collaboration with agents, causes of negative results and defining necessary technical actions to improve outcomes (cancellations and reforms).

Requirements:

• Academic background in economic-legal subjects;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Insurance Companies, Underwriting Agencies, or Territory Agencies;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, and a desire for professional growth.
