Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the recruitment of qualified Middle and Senior Management personnel, is seeking for a prestigious and historic Insurance Company:

Position: Insurance Specialist in the Division of Basic Lines, reporting to the Area Manager.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyzing and defining proposals for risks within their delegation.
2. Authorizing technical and/or tariff exemptions, issuing approvals when necessary.
3. Providing Agents with solutions on specific products or clauses/variations (technical and/or tariff) to meet client requests.
4. Monitoring technical performance at regional and agency levels, collaborating with Agents to identify causes of negative results and defining technical actions to improve results (cancellations and reforms).

Requirements:

• Academic background in economic-legal subjects.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Insurance Companies, Underwriting Agencies, or Local Agencies.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, and a desire for professional growth.
