Adecco Italia Spa, Divisione Financial Services, is seeking to fill the position of Underwriter - Rami Elementari, Property & Casualty, CVT (L.68/99, categorie protette) in Milan. This opportunity is specifically targeted at individuals protected under law n. 68/1999, which pertains to the employment of people with disabilities.

The selected candidate will join the Underwriting Service (Rami Elementari, Property & Casualty, CVT) and support risk acceptance activities. Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting distribution networks during the issuance of insurance contracts for the company's lines.
2. Managing requests for tariff flexibility on individual contracts.
3. Analyzing underwriting requests for coverage deviations from standards, in accordance with company underwriting policies, and issuing related contracts or appendices.
4. Providing technical support on catalog products (guarantees, limits, exclusions) to intermediaries and direct clients.
5. Issuing quotations for non-standard and Taylor Made policies, including collective policies with adhesion or inclusive features.
6. Assisting in testing underwriting rules for new products and revising existing ones during product configuration and development.
7. Issuing supplementary appendices concurrently with policy issuance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Financial, Insurance, or Legal Studies.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within insurance companies or insurance brokerage firms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented and motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good knowledge and proficiency with main Windows-based systems.

Offer: Permanent contract (Ccnl Ania), salary commensurate with experience, hybrid smart working, meal vouchers.

Workplace: Milan City Center (hybrid mode)
