Who are we?

Myappfree SPA is a leading company in digital advertising, designing the ultimate solutions to address the needs of advertisers and publishers in the industry of Performance App Marketing. We have been awarded 6th and 3rd global on Appsflyer Performance Index, and TOP10 (Italy) and TOP 100 (Europe) for best growing startups by the Financial Times.

What will you do?

• Create new designs for our products MyChips for web applications and native apps
• Analyze the products you are working on every week, coming up with new ideas, features and improvements
• Design wireframes to analyze the impact of new features
• Maintain and expand products' design systems
• Keeping perfect consistency between product's branding and new functionalities
• Work closely with the product team to gather and provide as much data and feedback as possible

What will you need?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Very good knowledge of Figma: this will be your main tool for prototyping and design
• Strong user-centered and objective-centered mindset
• Knowledge of both mobile and desktop design paradigms
• Learn addicted, eager to jump into niche markets and quickly gather intel about the best-practices
• Very open mind and not jealous about your designs: we work with constant cycles of improvements of our products

Salary will depend on actual experience and knowledge.

Nice to have:

• Frontend design coding skills: HTML and CSS
• SCSS knowledge
• Basic JS knowledge
• Git knowledge (code repository and versioning)
