Who are we?

Myappfree SPA is a leading company in digital advertising, designing innovative solutions to meet the needs of advertisers and publishers in the Performance App Marketing industry. We have been recognized with 6th and 3rd positions globally on the Appsflyer Performance Index, and ranked in the TOP10 (Italy) and TOP 100 (Europe) for best growing startups by the Financial Times.

What will you do?

1. Create new designs for our products MyChips for web applications and native apps.
2. Analyze the products you are working on weekly, proposing new ideas, features, and improvements.
3. Design wireframes to evaluate the impact of new features.
4. Maintain and expand the products' design systems.
5. Ensure consistency between product branding and new functionalities.
6. Work closely with the product team to gather and provide data and feedback.

What will you need?

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Proficiency in Figma, your main tool for prototyping and design.
3. A user-centered and objective-centered mindset.
4. Knowledge of mobile and desktop design paradigms.
5. A strong desire to learn, with eagerness to explore niche markets and gather best practices.
6. An open mind and a collaborative attitude towards design improvements.

Salary will depend on experience and knowledge.

Nice to have:

1. Frontend design coding skills: HTML and CSS.
2. SCSS knowledge.
3. Basic JavaScript knowledge.
4. Experience with Git (code repository and versioning).
