Competenze

• 3-4 anni di esperienza in ambienti strutturati.

What you’ll do:

• Join the Interaction design Gaming e Cross - Design System team, contributing to the creation, evolution, and governance of a scalable, efficient, and high-quality multibrand and multicountry Design System.

• Lead the design, implementation, and documentation of UI components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.

• Work closely with development teams (both web and app) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the Design System, aligning with frontend frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Kotlin, Swift and adobe AEM…).

• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and brand teams to ensure a balance between usability, accessibility, and brand identity in the Design System.

• Act as a bridge between design and development, translating design needs into technical requirements and understanding development constraints to optimize UI solutions.

• Provide guidance and governance on the correct use of the Design System, supporting teams across the organization in its adoption.

• Advocate for best practices in accessibility, usability, and design scalability.

• Engage with stakeholders from business, marketing, and management, effectively communicating the value and impact of the Design System.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in UI design, design systems, and frontend development.

Who you are:

• You have at least 3-4 years of experience working in structured environments, either in enterprise-level companies (Telco, Ecommerce, Automotive, Banking, Utilities…) or consulting, with a focus on Design System creation and implementation.

• You have hands-on experience in building and maintaining Design Systems, understanding both the design and technical implementation aspects.

• You have strong expertise with tools such as Figma, Storybook, ZeroHeight or similar.

• You are proficient in UI design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices.

• You have technical knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, design tokens, component libraries) and how they integrate within design systems.

• You can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between design, development, and business needs.

• You are strategic and proactive, capable of managing priorities and advocating for the Design System within the organization.

• You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Preferably, you also have:

• Experience working with multi-brand, multi-country Design Systems.

• Knowledge of component-driven development and atomic design principles.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Service Now etc.).

• Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops on Design System adoption.
