  2. Request and verify administrative documentation from service providers, ensuring compliance with Public Contracts regulations.
  3. Manage relationships with the QHSE department regarding health and safety documentation for service providers.
  4. Oversee the contract lifecycle with subcontractors, from request to authorization.
  5. Use company portals and management systems (e.g., Supplier Portal, Navision).
  6. Archive documents on the company server, update activity files, and communicate with suppliers via email.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of public procurement regulations.
  • Degree in legal or economic disciplines, or relevant experience supported by a diploma.
  • Experience in facility management or procurement offices is preferred.
  • Experience in the public sector or public administration is a plus.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30, with a direct contract in the company.
