This role involves conducting thermodynamic evaluations and combustion tuning, alongside performing root cause analyses to enhance operational efficiency. Position

• Guarantee the recommissioning of gas or steam turbines after maintenance activities
• Guarantee the execution of performance adjustment, site and functional tests, and final setting of engine
• Ensure thermodynamic evaluations and combustion tuning on gas turbines
• Perform root cause analysis of significant events to define the correct action
• Provide expertise to the Integrated Plant Support for second-level analysis, troubleshooting, customer care, and reporting
• Cooperate with bid engineering for support during offer phases

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Skills/experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
• Thermodynamic analysis, performance analysis
• Plant operation, combustion on gas-fired engines
• Commissioning of power plant equipment
• I&C and control systems
• Dynamic parameters analysis and balancing
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel
• Open-minded, team-working attitude
• Good analytical skills with an eagerness to take responsibility
• Target-oriented, efficient and quick, showing initiative with a sense of urgency
• Ready to work both in office and on-site and under stress
