What are we looking for?

At Lotrek, we are seeking an Art Director with at least 4 years of experience in communication agencies. If you are already an Art Director in another agency or have worked in one before, you already know what we are looking for and might be the perfect fit.

If you want to understand more, here is some information: as an Art Director, you will work alongside a Copywriter to manage projects for existing clients and pitches, aiming to combine strategic objectives provided by the client with impactful and creative visual output.

Beyond developing an integrated communication strategy, your role will be to maintain high aesthetic quality in all creative outputs, from social media post layouts to print campaigns.

What you will do

• Develop and write social editorial plans, collaborating with the Performance team and the Creative Writer.
• Create content and assets for websites and digital campaigns.
• Implement integrated campaigns.
• Prepare presentations regarding developed ideas.
• Manage the visual setup of strategic-creative concepts.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in technology, market, and digital trends.

Qualifications required

• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles within communication agencies.
• Portfolio of previous works.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Development of creative strategies and content that reflect the vision and tone suitable for the brief.
• Knowledge of social platforms, both from a technical and trend perspective.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite in all its forms.
• Knowledge of AI platforms like Midjourney for asset creation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Attention to the latest trends and best practices in the sector, proposing new ideas and creative solutions.
