What are you going to do?

• Record and check transport orders;
• Verify / check drivers’ activity and truck positions;
• Inform drivers about transport details (loading / unloading, goods, etc);
• Inform the customer service department and customers about the planning in case of emergencies;
• Instruct carriers with necessary (changed) data;
• Calculate driving hours, working hours, rest, and distance according to the Driving Hours Act and ensure compliance;
• Process administrative data in the system;
• Check derouting;
• Proactively share insights and needs regarding operational issues.

Who are we looking for?

• Strong communicative talent;
• Fluent English speaker;
• Organized individual with a strong motivation for transport;
• Proactive and solution-oriented;
• Ability to quickly understand data and distinguish between important and less important information;
• Flexible in switching between tasks;
• Proficient with technical systems and quick to learn new methods;
• Several years of experience in transport is a plus;
• Up-to-date geographical knowledge and command of English are advantageous.
