KWS Vegetables Italy is seeking a passionate Trial Development Specialist to join our team in the Lazio/Campania area. This full-time, unlimited contract offers a hybrid work mode and the chance to contribute to innovative agricultural solutions.

You will conduct product trials, collect and analyze data, and support PLC advancement while coordinating field trials with distributors. English and Italian fluency and a strong analytical mindset are essential, along with a collaborative team spirit.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Horticulture (minimum requirement).
• Experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred.
• Solid background in product development and trial evaluation.
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• A proactive team player with excellent communication abilities.

Your Profile
