KWS Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Field Production Technician based in Piacenza and Forlì to join our agriculture-focused production team. This is a full-time, fixed-term role within the Commerce sector’s terms in Italy.

You will coordinate field activities, supervise seasonal workers, ensure quality, and support seed production across regions, aiming for stable yields and high germination and purity while applying continuous improvement practices.

Competenze

• Residence in the Piacenza area or willingness to relocate.
• Technical qualification in agriculture or related field.
• Strong agricultural knowledge, preferably with experience in seed production.
• Fluent Italian and intermediate English skills.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areas.
• Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
