La posizione richiede almeno cinque anni di esperienza nel settore e una laurea in Management o Ingegneria Meccanica, oltre a solide capacità di analisi e leadership.

Competenze

• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza come Quality Engineer o Manager.
• Capacità di leggere e interpretare disegni tecnici.
• Conoscenza di strumenti di qualità (Fishbone, 5 Whys, analisi delle cause, ecc.).

Mansioni

• Monitorare le KPIs di prestazione della qualità interna.

ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL) or our Plant in Sedico (BL).

As a Quality Manager, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Manager, you will gain experience managing a highly complex manufacturing department and ensuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

1. Track and review internal Quality performance KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs);
2. Conduct end-of-line and process tests;
3. Ensure finished product quality assurance;
4. Investigate and troubleshoot quality-related product or production issues;
5. Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits.

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• You have a Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a complex environment as a Quality Engineer or Manager.
• You are able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• You have good knowledge of quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, etc.).
• You have good knowledge of MS Office.
• You have basic knowledge of statistics.
• You possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and inspire others to be proactive too!
• You have people management skills.
• You see solutions rather than problems and excel at problem-solving.
• You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriously.
