QSRP is looking for a Treasury Specialist, ready to take on the challenge within the Finance Department. If you are interested and ready to take on such a responsibility, then we want you!

Mission:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager of QSRP based in Antwerp, you will ensure the efficient and secure management of the company’s bank accounts, maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations. You will manage daily bank operations, reconcile accounts, and monitor the company's financial position, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolution of discrepancies.

In particular, you will carry on the following activities:

• Ensure the efficient management of the company’s bank accounts.
• Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers.
• Book daily bank operations (collections & payments).
• Reconcile bank statements against the GL and clear accounts assigned.
• Ensure tax regulations are in compliance with established standards and that the financial position of the company is well calculated daily.
• Check and verify cash transactions; investigate and propose possible resolutions for any discrepancies.
• Responsible for interest and debt analysis, providing relevant information and reports.
• Manage the cash management system of the company and its payment mechanisms.
• Follow up on financial proceedings and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Maximum 5 years of experience with accounting principles and bookkeeping concepts.
• Solid experience with cash flow (at least 5 years).
• Experience with reconciliations.
• Experience with financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of French is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to embrace new challenges in a fast-changing environment.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and cultures.
