QSRP is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join the Finance Department. If you are interested and prepared to take on this responsibility, we want to hear from you!

Mission:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Antwerp, you will ensure the efficient and secure management of the company’s bank accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Your responsibilities include managing daily bank operations, reconciling accounts, and monitoring the company's financial position to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of discrepancies.

Key Activities:

• Manage the company’s bank accounts efficiently.
• Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers.
• Book daily bank transactions (collections & payments).
• Reconcile bank statements against the General Ledger and clear assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accurate daily financial calculations.
• Verify cash transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct interest and debt analysis, providing relevant reports.
• Oversee the company's cash management system and payment mechanisms.
• Follow up on financial proceedings and ensure timely task completion.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Up to 5 years of experience in accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Solid experience in cash flow management (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across departments and countries.
