Position: Treasury Specialist

QSRP is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join the Finance Department. If you are interested and ready to take on this responsibility, we want to hear from you!

Mission:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Antwerp, you will ensure the efficient and secure management of the company’s bank accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Your responsibilities include managing daily bank operations, reconciling accounts, and monitoring the company's financial position to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of discrepancies.

Key Activities:

• Manage the company’s bank accounts efficiently.
• Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers.
• Book daily bank operations (collections & payments).
• Reconcile bank statements against the General Ledger and clear assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accurate daily financial calculations.
• Verify cash transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct interest and debt analysis, providing relevant reports.
• Manage the company's cash management system and payment mechanisms.
• Follow up on financial proceedings and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Up to 5 years of experience with accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Solid experience with cash flow management (at least 5 years).
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel.
• French language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of connecting with stakeholders across departments and cultures.
