Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Cash Management roles.
• Experience in multicurrency environments and international context.
• Strong knowledge of cash management principles and treasury operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Treasury Manager (Hybrid)

LOCATION: Milano, Italy

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time, permanent contract;

SALARY RANGE: €40-€50k + BONUS

What you'll do:

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for the company's operations.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts (short, mid, long-term) across all legal entities.
• Ensure optimal allocation of cash and working capital across countries and bank accounts.
• Identify opportunities for automation and treasury process improvement.

Treasury Operations & Risk Management

• Oversee global treasury operations, including payment runs, intercompany funding, and FX risk mitigation.
• Lead the implementation of treasury policies, controls, and procedures aligned with business risk appetite.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Own liquidity planning, scenario modeling, and investment strategies to support business scalability.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on liquidity, FX exposure, and performance KPIs.
• Partner with FP&A to align cash forecasting with business forecasts and strategic initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and local laws.
• Evaluate and manage financial instruments (FX forwards, hedging tools, credit lines).

Bank Relations and Strategic Support

• Lead relationships with international banking partners, negotiating fees, credit facilities, and FX terms.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving cost-efficiency and access to capital.
• Guide treasury-related decision-making in international expansion, M&A, and strategic finance projects.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Cash Management roles, ideally in a scale-up or international company
• Experience working in multicurrency environments and international context.
• Strong knowledge of cash management principles, treasury operations, and banking products.
• Solid understanding of international cash pooling, treasury centralization, and funding strategies.
• Strong understanding of FX Risk Management and hedging instruments.
• Proficiency in building cash flow forecasts and liquidity reporting.
• Excellent command of Excel (financial modeling, data analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, SAP, NetSuite) and Treasury Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills, also in English (frequent interaction with international counterparts).
