UHNW family in Italy is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper / Household Organiser to manage housekeeping and organisation across multiple properties. The role starts immediately for an initial 3-month period with potential to become permanent for the right person.

The candidate should be highly organised, proactive and discreet, able to maintain high standards in a low-key, informal private household while travelling between homes in Italy, Switzerland and France.

Competenze

• Experience as Head Housekeeper in UHNW households.

• Oversee daily housekeeping and overall organisation of the home across properties.

Job Description:

An UHNW family based in Italy is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Head Housekeeper / Household Organiser to join their small team. This is initially a 3-month position with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

This is a busy household environment requiring someone highly organised, structured and proactive, who can support both the day‑to‑day running of the household and the implementation of systems and SOPs across multiple properties. The family values high standards but prefers a low‑key, informal household style with discreet, invisible support.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing the daily housekeeping and overall organisation of the home, ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard and runs smoothly day to day. The candidate will work closely with the family and existing support team to maintain an exceptionally organised household environment with strong attention to detail.

Duties will include housekeeping, laundry management, household organisation, wardrobe organisation, coordinating part‑time cleaners and freelance support staff, maintaining household systems and routines, implementing SOPs where needed, and ensuring properties are prepared and organised when travelling between homes.

This is a hands‑on role requiring someone naturally tidy, proactive, and highly organised who enjoys creating structure and maintaining order.
