Morgan & Mallet International is seeking a reliable, experienced Housekeeper to maintain a private Florence home to the highest standard. This is a permanent, full‑time role with room to travel internationally for extended periods with the family.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in private households, exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work as part of a household team. Cooking skills and driving licence are strong assets.

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years experience in private households with excellent references.
• Proven record of long‑term employment with families.
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well‑presented home.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to work as part of a household team.
• Driving licence required.
• Experience with and around children, happy to assist watching them occasionally.
• Cooking skills will be a strong plus.
• Ability to work well in both formal and informal households.

Mansioni

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens).
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, and linen care.
• Making beds, changing sheets, and maintaining household order.
• Household errands.
• Care and cleaning of delicate materials, furniture, and surfaces.
• Assisting with meal preparation or service when needed.
• Occasional help watching the children for short periods (there is a full‑time nanny).
• Pet‑friendly attitude and willingness to help if a dog joins the family in the future.
• Travelling with the family for several months per year to other residences.
• Driving required. Cooking is a strong plus.
