Albacostruzioniscpa is seeking an experienced Site Surveyor to act as liaison between the Project Manager and work teams. The role requires coordinating site activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality and safety standards, and frequent travel across Italy.

The candidate will perform topographic, planimetric and altimetric surveys, manage site documentation, and supervise subcontractors. A Diploma of Surveyor and at least 5 years’ experience are required, with proficiency in AutoCAD and

Qualifications

• Diploma of Surveyor required with good CV.
• Dynamic and motivated individual able to coordinate site activities.
• At least 5 years’ experience in infrastructure or industrial works, preferably energy sector.
• Excellent command of PC, MS Office, AutoCAD and Primus.

Responsabilités

• Administration of site documentation
• Management of relations with subcontractors
• Verification of compliance with current regulations
• Organisation and coordination of work processes, with supervision of work progress
• Execution of topographic, planimetric and altimetric surveys and delineation of site boundaries
• Analysis of orders acquired
• Elaboration of the time schedule for material supply
• Site accounting management
• Drawing up reinforcement bars lists and work log/measurement booklet
• Control of conformity of materials with purchase orders
