Job summary

Albacostruzioniscpa is seeking a Project Manager with proven construction experience to plan, coordinate and supervise projects from conception to completion across the country. You will manage budgets, liaise with architects and engineers, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver status reports while traveling as needed.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with excellent academic record.
• Proven 10+ years in construction project management.
• Experience managing and coordinating teams in large projects.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, flexibility and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primus, Excel and AutoCAD 2D.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the project execution plan.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities per plans and regs.
• Monitor and manage the project budget; analyze costs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and others.
• Prepare periodic status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with team and clients.
• Travel throughout the country as required.
