This remote role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of the Italian travel market, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets. We are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Italy. This is a remote position based in Italy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on Italy
  • Create client profiles and prepare client quotations
  • Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner, ascertaining all requirements
  • Convert inquiries and meet sales targets
  • Offer bespoke travel solutions tailored to individual client needs, crafting unique itineraries to fulfill specific requests
  • Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
  • Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training, and tools

Qualified applicants should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations in Italy
  • Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Italy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM, and Booking Platform
  • Team-oriented mindset, highly motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Candidates should embody a sociable, passionate, and sophisticated demeanor
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the travel industry, especially in the Italian travel market
  • Impeccable attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of all travel arrangements

Compensation is based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonuses for meeting sales targets.
