Job Title: Travel Industry Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Learn by doing and acquire knowledge about procedures and standards from senior colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all inquiries are resolved to satisfaction.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Proficient in written and spoken Spanish, English, and Italian.
  • Fully office based (Rimini).
  • Knowledge of at least one GDS booking system (AMADEUS, GALILEO, or SABRE) is an advantage.
