The ideal candidate should have over 5 years in consultative sales and be comfortable in a remote work environment. Travel Advisor - Inbound Call Center Sales Rep

Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE Traveler Advisors (Inbound Call Center Sales Agents) to join our August 4th, 2025 class.

Must be located in one of the following States: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in planning exciting trips by providing detailed information on our travel packages and itineraries.
  • Work in a remote call center – manage a high-volume of inbound calls from potential travelers.
  • Provide consultation on GCC Trips & Services, including making reservations and taking deposits.
  • Upsell GCC products/services such as Travel Add-ons, Airfare, and Travel Protection.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with products that practically sell themselves.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a 5-day schedule within our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:00AM-8:00PM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST), including 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts during the week.
  • 5+ years of high-volume consultative sales experience, preferably in the travel industry, but not required.
  • 2+ years of remote contact center experience.
  • A love for adventure, whether you travel often or just dream about it!

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Hardwired internet connection with recommended speeds of 50 MBPS download and 25 MBPS upload.
  • Telephone service via landline or VOIP; responsible for setting up and providing your phone number to GCC.

Do Not Apply If:

  • Uncomfortable working on camera during training (6 weeks), which involves being on camera 8 hours daily.
  • Uncomfortable with receiving daily feedback, weekly quizzes, or weekly rankings.
  • Unable to work 1 weekend day per week throughout your tenure.
  • Unable to work 1-2 evening shifts (12PM-8PM) weekly.
  • Uncomfortable with changing lunch and break times daily.
  • Lack experience in a commission-based sales environment.
