Travel Advisor - Inbound Call Center Sales Rep
Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE Traveler Advisors (Inbound Call Center Sales Agents) to join our August 4th, 2025 class.
Must be located in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning exciting trips by providing detailed information on our travel packages and itineraries.
- Work in a remote call center – manage a high-volume of inbound calls from potential travelers.
- Provide consultation to our Travels, providing details and information on GCC Trips & Services.
- Make reservations, taking customer information and deposits.
- Upsell GCC products / services – Travel Add-ons, Airfare, and Travel Protection.
- Provide excellent customer service to potential travelers – answer questions and address concerns.

Qualifications
- Must be available to work a 5-day schedule within our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST), including 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts during the week.
- 5+ years of high-volume consultative sales experience, travel industry preferred but not required.
- Must have 2+ years of remote contact center experience.
- A love for adventure is essential, whether you travel often or just dream about it!
Remote Work Requirements :
- Hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi not acceptable), with recommended speeds of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
- Telephone service – landline or VOIP. You will be responsible for setting up a telephone number and providing it to GCC for call routing (desk phone provided by GCC).
Do Not Apply If :
- You are unwilling to work in a camera environment; during training (6 weeks), you will be on camera 8 hours daily.
- You are uncomfortable with receiving feedback, weekly quizzes during training, or weekly rankings ongoing.
- You cannot work 1 weekend day per week (consistent throughout your tenure).
- You cannot work 1-2 closing shifts per week (12 pm - 8 pm).
- You are uncomfortable with changing lunch & break times daily.
- You lack experience in a commission-based sales environment.
