Travel Advisor - Inbound Call Center Sales Rep
Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE Traveler Advisors (Inbound Call Center Sales Agents) for our August 4th, 2025 class.
Must be located in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning trips by providing detailed information on our travel packages and itineraries.
- Work remotely in a call center managing high-volume inbound calls from potential travelers.
- Provide consultation on GCC trips & services, including making reservations, taking customer info and deposits.
- Upsell GCC products/services such as travel add-ons, airfare, and travel protection.
- Deliver excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Meet and exceed sales goals with our appealing products that sell themselves.
Qualifications
- Available to work a 5-day schedule within our hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, including 1 weekend day and 2 closing shifts during the week.
- 5+ years of high-volume consultative sales experience; travel industry experience preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of remote contact center experience.
- A love for adventure, whether you travel often or dream about it!
Remote Work Requirements
- Hardwired internet connection with recommended speeds of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
- Telephone service via landline or VOIP; responsible for setting up your phone number and providing it to GCC for call routing.
Do Not Apply If
- Unwilling to work in a camera environment; during training (6 weeks), you will be on camera 8 hours daily.
- Uncomfortable with receiving daily feedback, weekly quizzes, or weekly rankings.
- Unable to work at least 1 weekend day per week throughout your tenure.
- Unable to work 1-2 evening shifts (12 PM - 8 PM) weekly.
- Uncomfortable with changing lunch and break times daily.
- Lack experience in a commission-based sales environment.
