Position Summary

You will be part of T-Hub South organization located in Assago (Nestlé HQ). T-Hub South is responsible for delivering goods on time and efficiently to our customers, covering a perimeter from Iberia to Greece, including Italy. You will be part of the Service Specialist team, overseeing execution and managing risks from pre-pickup to delivery. Your responsibilities include monitoring Service level for key Customers, collaborating with carriers to improve performance, and ensuring in-transit visibility.

A Day in the Life of a Transportation Service Specialist
  • Managing On-Time Pickup and In-Transit Tracking
  • Updating Records
  • Finding loads to prevent On Time Delivery failures and providing enterprise-wide visibility
  • Prioritizing workload according to market strategies
  • Reason coding
  • Approving Detention / Demurrage
  • Operating Activities
  • Handling Call center activities for Customer Service / Sales
  • Managing requests from Customers / Customer Service / Sales to solve delivery problems and prevent refusals

What Will Make You Successful
  • Previous experience in Operations (6 months to 1 year) is a plus
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
