Main responsibilities
- Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography, including emerging thought leaders such as DOL and Rising Stars.
- Aggregate data points and perform tracking activities analysis through CRM.
- Develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate customer insights and leverage business opportunities.
- Maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic area.
- Implement local KOL Engagement Plans using multiple channels to deliver an omnichannel engagement experience in a personalized and value-added manner.
- Execute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence generation, insight generation, and partnerships for assigned brands in collaboration with in-country functions.
- Carry out MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area, including training and development programs aligned with global strategy and local needs.
About you
- Experience: Solid experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs Hematology is a plus; scientific knowledge in Onco-Hematology, especially in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, is advantageous; strong knowledge of multichannel scientific engagement.
- Skills: Data-driven approach, public speaking and communication skills, result-oriented, organizational skills (planning, prioritization, flexibility), customer focus, networking, relationship building, adaptability to multicultural environments, learning agility, editorial planning, social media literacy, digital mindset, strategic thinking, business acumen, project management, and understanding of healthcare systems, medical landscape, regulatory and payer environments, public health, and industry trends. Familiarity with digital engagement technologies is also important.
- Education: Scientific Degree; PhD is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian.
