Within this context, the Transplants franchise is rapidly expanding and seeks a Clinical Science Associate to join a dynamic, innovative team dedicated to improving the lives of transplant patients.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary scientific and informational contact for the assigned geographical area, focusing on hematopoietic stem cell and solid organ transplants.
  • Ensure high-quality scientific communication and information dissemination to meet territorial objectives, adhering to ethical codes and company strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, promote partnerships with specialized centers and opinion leaders to develop the Transplant area.
  • Manage the Lombardia region, specifically the provinces of Milan, Monza Brianza, Pavia, Varese, Lodi, and Cremona.
  • Implement multichannel scientific communication strategies to optimize engagement and promote product understanding among healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and local initiatives to align strategies with regional needs.
  • Achieve territorial objectives while complying with legal and internal procedures regarding sample delivery, reporting, and travel plans.

Candidate Profile : Experience :

  • Solid experience in multichannel scientific promotion of pharmaceuticals in hospital specialty areas, especially in transplants, oncology, and hematology, or in related marketing or medical roles.
  • Experience in interpreting clinical data and disease education.

Soft Skills :

  • Results-oriented with enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication, synthesis, and public speaking skills.
  • Relational and influencing abilities, capable of inspiring trust and building lasting relationships.
