What you’ll do :

Join the Product Innovation & Transformation Governance team, reporting to the Transformation Governance Manager and working closely with the Product Leadership Team.

Manage and coordinate all executive-level documentation and reporting for the Chief of Product, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Lead the documentation, coordination, and governance of key transformation initiatives across the organization.

Manage the execution of cross-functional strategic projects and documentation, ensuring alignment with Product team priorities.

Serve as a central point of contact for the Product Team regarding transformation programs, supporting decision-making and enabling visibility across Product teams.

Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and interdependencies across initiatives, and support mitigation planning.

Help foster a transformation-driven mindset across the organization by promoting clarity, accountability, and collaboration.

What you’ll bring :

At least 2 years of experience in consulting, with a strong track record in managing cross-functional projects and supporting executive stakeholders.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Experience in building structured documentation and reporting frameworks for high-level stakeholders.

Ability to think both strategically and operationally, with a focus on execution and results.

Experience working in cross-functional environments and possessing strong business acumen.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Fluency in English and Italian is required.
