Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

Overview

Our client is a prestigious Tax Firm specializing in complex cases of domestic and international taxation, valuation plans, corporate organization, and M&A activities.

To strengthen the team and optimize business processes, we are recruiting for the position of:

Job Title and Role Purpose

Transfer Pricing Specialist

The ideal candidate has previous experience at international firms or consulting companies in the Transfer Pricing sector, providing advice to third-party clients on international tax matters.

Reports to the Partner of the Firm

Main Responsibilities

1. Analysis of the value chain
2. Definition and implementation of Transfer Pricing policies
3. Economic valuation of intangible assets
4. Research and consulting activities in transfer pricing
5. Support in MAP and APA activities
6. Assistance during tax audits and subsequent phases
7. Preparation of memoranda and legal opinions

Required Experience and Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience at leading international firms or consulting companies in Transfer Pricing
• Master's Degree in economics and/or law
• Experience in economic-financial analysis
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel

Contract Conditions

• Work Location: Milan, Lanza area
• Working Hours and Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours, full-time 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• Contract Type: Collaboration under VAT (P.IVA)
• Compensation Package: To be defined based on experience. Gross annual salary reference: €40,000.
