Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Operations Support Staff based in Rome, Italy. The person in charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations that include coordinating resources/schedule, tracking inventory, monitoring dispatch activities and processing training documentation. The role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. This position will require work during weekend days.

Qualifications:

  • Operations and Operations Management skills
  • Analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and data management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience with a passionate and friendly approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience in or knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
  • Excellent written/spoken knowledge of English and Italian Language
