Responsibilities
- Design and update training materials for your focus area (Handling & Logistics or Finish & Paint).
- Analyze current training practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop training roadmaps and plans aligned with production needs.
- Work with engineers and specialists to translate technical processes into clear and practical training content.
- Ensure training meets internal standards, safety requirements, and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement using Lean tools such as 5 Whys – a technique to find the root cause of a problem by asking "why" five times, Fishbone Diagram (also called Ishikawa Diagram) – a tool to identify and visualize causes of a specific issue.
- Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training programs.
- Spend time in the factory to fully understand the processes and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Certified in Train-the-Trainer.
- 6–8 years of experience developing training programs for factory or shop floor workers.
- Experience planning and delivering training to large groups (up to 100 people).
- Comfortable working in an organized, multicultural manufacturing environment.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) – platforms used to manage and deliver training programs.
- Familiarity with digital training tools or e-learning formats.
- Problem‑solving mindset and data‑driven approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to spend time on the shop floor to observe and learn.
