A leading consultancy is seeking Training and Capacity Building Specialists for short-term assignments focused on health workforce modeling across Europe. Candidates will deliver training modules, develop capacity-building tools, and evaluate the effectiveness of training provided to public sector staff. This role requires extensive experience in training and strong skills in curriculum design.

Competenze

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and capacity development.
  • Experience with applied workforce analytics or similar fields.
  • Strong facilitation and curriculum design skills are essential.

Training and Capacity Building Specialist (Health Workforce Modelling)

Location : Europe

Duration : Short-term assignments over 24 months

Estimated Workload : Task-based consultancy

About the Opportunity :

We are creating a pool of Training and Capacity Building Specialists (Health Workforce Modelling) for a new FWC Contract :

EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States.

Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver training modules (2 days each) for at least 50 public sector staff in health workforce modelling.
  • Develop capacity-building tools for national and regional health authorities.
  • Design training materials on data analysis, projection methods, and planning tools.
  • Evaluate training impact and integrate feedback into follow-up sessions.

Qualifications :

  • Background in HRH, workforce analytics, or health education.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in training and capacity development.
  • Experience with modelling tools, simulation-based planning, or applied workforce analytics.
  • Strong facilitation and curriculum design skills.
