- Winning new clients through business development
- Attending client meetings to understand hiring requirements
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, and headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates, preparing them for interviews, scheduling meetings, passing on feedback, and negotiating the best contract for your candidate
- Following up on any leads of potential clients and candidates
- Consulting your clients and candidates on market conditions and salary benchmarking
- Building your online profile on LinkedIn and creating content for your network
The Requirements – Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant
- 6+ months experience working in sales (working towards targets / commission / cold calling / D2D sales, etc.)
- Proactive and competitive nature
- Financially driven with clear future goals
