You will progress quickly, just as all other consultants in the firm have, with your first promotion within just 6-12 months, and the chance to run your own team within just 2-3 years.

The Role – Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant

  • Winning new clients through business development
  • Attending client meetings to understand hiring requirements
  • Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, and headhunting on LinkedIn
  • Interviewing candidates, preparing them for interviews, scheduling meetings, passing on feedback, and negotiating the best contract for your candidate
  • Following up on any leads of potential clients and candidates
  • Consulting your clients and candidates on market conditions and salary benchmarking
  • Building your online profile on LinkedIn and creating content for your network

The Requirements – Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant

  • 6+ months experience working in sales (working towards targets / commission / cold calling / D2D sales, etc.)
  • Proactive and competitive nature
  • Financially driven with clear future goals
  • Commercially minded and interested in how business is run
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
