Bunge Ravenna plant seeks a skilled Contracts & Settlement Specialist to manage daily settlement, contracts and administration from the trading desk. You will enter and verify contracts in SAP, coordinate amendments, and archive documents, working closely with the Execution team to ensure compliance and timely execution.

The role requires strong SAP knowledge, attention to detail, and fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.

Competenze

Bachelors degree in business, agriculture, economics or related field.
Italian and English fluency is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong SAP and contract administration knowledge required.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and data records with accuracy.

Mansioni

Enter and maintain purchase and sales contracts into SAP according to trader instructions.
Verify, archive, and distribute contracts; monitor delivery and sign-offs.
Review contracts from suppliers and coordinate amendments and confirmations.
Coordinate with brokers to address discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Generate daily contract extracts and maintain contract control records.
Prepare weekly fixations and monthly expiry analyses in SAP.
Coordinate washouts, loading authorizations, and master data requests.
Collaborate with Execution team on SAP contract options and adjustments.
