YOUR ROLE

• Lead Trade Marketing and Category Management teams to craft local channel and customer strategies, aligned with the company vision and key objectives.
• Translate brand plans into compelling channel strategies by category, delivering annual channel plans.
• Steer category and channel plans considering brand strategies, shopper insights, market data, channel dynamics, and customer objectives.
• Define investment prioritization among categories, initiatives, and channels.
• Develop category promotional strategies ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with overall business goals.
• Set promotional initiative goals, define KPIs, track results, and derive learnings to inform future decisions and activities. Lead category management initiatives that foster shopper education and category growth.
• Manage the consumer journey by ensuring effective and innovative initiatives to drive consideration and conversion.
• Manage the Trade Marketing team, providing coaching, upskilling, and people development.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
• At least 6 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Italian.
