In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Milano is seeking candidates for a key role in the Food Industry sector.

The selected candidate, reporting directly to the company's management, will be responsible for:

1. Managing the Annual In Store Promotions Plan;
2. Handling informational flows related to promotional plans within all company functions and externally with the sales force;
3. Proposing and implementing assortment and display projects, both standard and customized for clients;
4. Managing databases related to the company's product portfolio and competitors;
5. Providing operational recommendations based on market data analysis (Nielsen/IRI);
6. Supporting market data collection activities by the sales team via a dedicated app;
7. Analyzing and supporting activities related to e-commerce and Amazon;
8. Assisting in coordinating all commercial activities within the Commercial Department.

Qualifications include:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in small to medium-sized companies focused on the grocery distribution and organized retail markets;
• A degree in economics or management;
• Knowledge of category management principles;
• Strong organizational, interdepartmental coordination, and teamwork skills;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and results orientation;
• Negotiation skills and interpersonal relations;
• Ability to manage client, agent, promoter, merchandiser, and supplier relationships;
• Own transportation and willingness to travel for field activities with agents and promoters;
• Proficiency in management software and data collection tools, with structured data reporting skills;
• Excellent command of Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.

Offer Details

• Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanent employment. Industry Food Collective Contract. Salary and classification will be based on experience;
• Location: Milan, Baggio area;
• Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, office hours.
