As a Trade Marketeer in Italy, you are responsible for executing and implementing marketing and trade marketing initiatives to support LW's value and volume ambitions within the assigned country.

You will play a pivotal role among Core EMEA Marketing and local Sales Execution, helping both sides stay aligned on key priorities.

A deep understanding of Business and Route to Market is essential to support both Pull and Push initiatives.

What do you do?
  • Ensure consistent deployment and execution of EMEA marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Deploy local campaigns in accordance with EMEA Marketing guidelines.
  • Improve the effectiveness of all sales funnel steps to generate qualified leads.
  • Enable and equip the sales team to practice consultative selling, positioning them as preferred partners to customers.
  • In collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Country Sales Manager, develop and implement PULL & PUSH trade marketing plans and activations in Italy.
  • Contribute to the long-term Route to Market strategy and develop initiatives in focus segments.
  • Coordinate the timing of launches and campaigns with customers and the sales team.
  • Support the development of the country’s Annual Operating Plan.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement across regions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and competitor activities.
What do you bring?
  • At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, or Category Management.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience within the Foodservice sector in Italy; FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of channels and customer needs.
  • Ability to handle matrix organizations and strong negotiating skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and to the Netherlands; flexibility is essential.
