Role Summary:

As a Trade Marketeer in Italy, you will be responsible for executing and implementing marketing and trade marketing initiatives to support LW's value and volume ambitions within the country. You will serve as a key link between Core EMEA Marketing and local Sales, aligning strategies and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure consistent deployment and execution of EMEA marketing campaigns and initiatives.
2. Deploy local campaigns in accordance with EMEA marketing guidelines.
3. Improve the effectiveness of all sales funnel steps to generate qualified leads.
4. Enable the sales team to practice consultative selling, positioning the company as a preferred partner.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Country Sales Manager to build and execute PULL & PUSH trade marketing plans in Italy.
6. Contribute to the long-term Route to Market strategy and develop initiatives in focus segments.
7. Coordinate timing of launches and campaigns with customers and sales team.
8. Assist in developing the country’s Annual Operating Plan.
9. Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement across regions.
10. Stay informed on market trends, industry standards, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, or Category Management.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in the Foodservice sector in Italy; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of channels and customer behaviors.
• Experience working within matrix organizations and strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and to the Netherlands; flexibility is essential.
