For Our company in Milan (Italy) we are looking for a Trade & Go To Market Manager.

  • Purpose of the role
  • deals with the Multi-channel Trade Strategy of Primary & Specialty Care Dompé brands.
  • Ensures the analysis and evaluation of data relating to the market, in order to define the annual trade policies and the operational plan for both the direct and indirect channels;
  • Defines the Trade Plan and channel objectives, investment and execution priorities and the related Budget;
  • Plans and implements online and offline communication initiatives and implements activities consistently with brand objectives;
  • Check the segmentation and targeting of the points of sale in order to maximize potential;
  • Supports the Field Force (Pharmacy Channel) in order to illustrate trade objectives and actions and provide arguments for the sales disc of the products;
  • Supports KAMs in managing relationships with Wholesalers and Networks;
  • Measures the performance of the actions implemented, detects the needs of the store and evaluates the Trade actions implemented by the competitors, through coordination with the Field Force in the visit to the Pharmacies;
  • Provides constant internal reports and actively collaborates with Marketing and Sales colleagues.
  • Qualifications and other requirements
  • Degree in Economics or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of experience within corporate contexts structured in Marketing or Trade Marketing Departments;
  • Experience in international contexts in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, nutrition or cosmetics sector;
  • A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams interfacing with Senior Business Management and Stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to think independently identifying new solutions;
  • Aptitude for analytical thinking and problem solving;
  • Ability to adapt to constantly evolving needs and dynamic environments.
