We are seeking an experienced and reliable Tractor Driver with a specialization in highway grass cutting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tractors and other machinery to maintain grass along highways, ensuring safety and visibility. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate tractors and other grass-cutting equipment to mow and maintain grass along highways and roadsides.

Perform routine maintenance on tractors and cutting equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Identify and report any hazards or obstacles encountered during operations.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including areas mowed and equipment maintenance.

Perform additional tasks related to groundskeeping and maintenance as required.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a tractor driver

Experience in highway grass cutting is preferred

Valid driver’s license with qualification to drive tractors

Knowledge of tractor and mowing equipment maintenance and repair.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to highway maintenance.

Ability to operate and manoeuvre tractors and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.

Good physical condition and stamina, capable of handling long hours and physically demanding tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
