Offer Description

The project focuses on legal informatics as a theory of IT law and the informatics of law, emphasizing its philosophical content. It examines the impact of ICT development on societies, especially regarding social conflicts and the use of ICT in war. The research explores how ICT influences law and considers legal regulation of conflicts and wars affected by ICT. The fellow must possess technical expertise in legal IT, as well as philosophical, social, and political knowledge related to law and ICT.
